01Can I have a sample order?
Yes. We welcome sample orders so you can test and verify product quality before placing a larger order.
02What about the lead time?
Samples normally require 7–15 days. Mass-production lead time is typically 7–45 days or more, depending on the product and order quantity.
03Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type. One unit is available for sample evaluation.
04How do you ship the goods and how long does delivery take?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, with delivery typically taking 5–15 days. Air and sea freight are also available.
05How do I place an order?
Share your requirements with us and we will propose a suitable solution and quotation. After sample confirmation and deposit, we manage production and delivery while keeping you informed throughout.
06Can I add my company logo to the product?
Yes. Please send us your branding requirements before production and confirm the final design based on the sample.
07Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products include a one-year limited warranty.
